HARMAN VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to the use of discount codes by Harman International Industries, Incorporated (USA) or one of its subsidiaries ("Harman") upon the purchase of a Harman product*.
  2. By using a Harman discount code, you agree to these terms, in addition to any applicable terms and conditions of sale. When a purchase is made on a Harman-owned website, the Harman Terms and Conditions of Sale apply in addition to these terms.
  3. One discount code can be used for one order only.
  4. Discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or partial consideration, and cannot be combined with any other discount code or any other offer, discount, or promotion offered by Harman.
  5. Each discount code is valid for a limited time and expires on the date specified on-site or by the third party providing the code. No extension of the expiration date from the date of issue will be permitted.
  6. Discount codes may only be valid for the purchase of specific Harman products or categories, as indicated in the promotion. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase new or refurbished Harman products, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion. Harman reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude certain Harman products or product categories from a promotion from time to time.
  7. Some discount codes may apply from a minimum order value as communicated in the promotion.
  8. To use the discount code, please enter it in the promotional code field available in the shopping cart and the corresponding discount will be automatically deducted from the final purchase price. If you do not enter the discount code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. No discount can be claimed after confirmation of your purchase on Harman websites.
  9. If a discount code is used and the order is subsequently cancelled (in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale) by you or Harman, for any reason, the voucher will no longer be valid.
  10. Harman reserves the right to refuse any discount code or promotion that has been tampered with or deemed unacceptable in any way.
  11. Harman is not responsible if a code is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
